Zyban (Bupropion)

Dosage and Directions
Start Zyban while continuing to smoke for up to seven days. Take 300 mg per day, divided into 150 mg twice daily, with at least an 8-hour gap between doses. Use nicotine patches or gum if needed. Always follow your doctor's instructions.
Precautions
Do not use Zyban if you are allergic to its ingredients, pregnant, or breastfeeding. Avoid if taking other bupropion-containing medications or smoking with nicotine products, as it may raise blood pressure.
Contraindications

- Theophylline
